IDS

New Intelligent digital signage system (IDS) from Resus Digital Signage allows us to manipulate what is shown on screens around (for example) a store to further tailor marketing needs to the customer.

Giving our customers more control over what is shown where and making available easy controls to manipulate these items helps you to capitalise on advertising and getting better sales.

LIVE ALERTS

The system can be set to alert certain members of staff via email of particular offers that may work better with more advertising.
It can also alert if an item is selling well in response to the adverts being shown*.

STOCK TRACKING

Where applicable we can keep a track of stock systems* and pick up on certain items that may have a need for more advertising. For example a particular event is coming to a close (such as the World Cup) and a large quantity of items may still remain in stock. Our system can email administrators to point this out to allow you to make a decision to increase advertising for that item helping you to sell those items rather than be left with surplus products.

In addition to advertising the products more we can overlay special offer banners on the adverts to help move products that otherwise may not be desirable at normal prices. This has proved to be a popular feature for our clients.

BLUETOOTH

Utilising Bluetooth technology in store can also allow us to send messages to bluetooth enabled phones of specific special offers in the store at that time. Or even vouchers off a next purchase between a certain date. The key being the date start time is in the future drawing people back to the shop.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Customer Tracking - Sometimes our clients have wanted more information on what videos work and what videos don't work. We have a solution that can track eye contact with particular screens giving a hits counter for videos allowing you (or our system) to tailor what is working best in regards to adverts.

 

ACCESS CONTROL

All of our systems are designed to be as easy as possible to keep updated. We can provide the advert content and update your systems remotely until you are happy to update your systems yourselves.

Control of each system is accessible from anywhere with internet access, however internet access is not required for the system to function fully. The local system uses Wireless or Ethernet** to update the screens, and only updates when required saving too much communication from interupting any other wireless devices.
