Complete Control and Delivery
Through the use of digital signage, rich media and graphics are distributed from a specific media player to the display devices intended to be viewed by the audience being targeted. The point is to provide a central control base that is located a distance from the display screens allowing remote control and distribution of the media and graphics, usually through the use of some sort of CAT5, fiber optic, or data network infrastructure, many times a combination of technologies; some actually providing remote control of the displays from up to 1,000 meters away.
Modular Design Omits Need for Extra Components
As the ProVision HD is a component made up of several units within itself, modular in design, it is easily integrated to any network requirements without the need for outside software and hardware components; creating a highly functional, cost-effective solution.
Remote Monitoring
The ViewDis ProVision HD system features RS-232 bidirectional communication, providing remote access to the screens, allowing the monitoring and proper scheduling as well as enabling the power options for the screens. This can prevent wear of the screen from excessive and unnecessary use, maintaining displays at the optimal and most appropriate times only; which inevitably increases the life of the screen.
Screen Positioning
With the use of the ViewDis ProVision HD system, enables you to position the screens in optimal public viewing locations, while securing the main computer, player, or server units in separate locations from which all scheduling and content development and adjustment can be made. This maintains the integrity of the system, preventing the use of unauthorized individuals from using the system, providing password security.
